Doodle, LLC, together with its subsidiaries (collectively, “Doodle”), provides this Fulfillment Policy.
1. Refund Policy
At Doodle, LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality services. In cases where a refund may be applicable, clients can submit a formal refund request by emailing support@doodleapplications.com. Refunds will be reviewed based on the nature of the request and any applicable terms outlined in the original Agreement. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for Doodle to review and respond to your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within an additional ten (10) business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
Doodle offers the following types of termination, based on the term for each Agreement, which is defined by the selected plan and the clauses of the Agreement:
- Month-to-Month Plan: Either party may terminate a month-to-month agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party.
- Termination Due to Material Breach: Either party may terminate the Agreement for a material breach if the breaching party fails to cure the issue within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice of the breach. Following termination of the Agreement for any reason, the Client is responsible for promptly paying Doodle for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Completion of Services: The Agreement will terminate upon satisfactory completion of services and full payment for such services to Doodle.
