Doodle’s mission is to empower industry pioneers with the reliable value-driven technology resources they need to shape the future and bring their ideas to life in the digital age.
This mission is made possible through Doodle’s hybrid software development model, comprised of a U.S. based MCC (Mission Control Center) for all project management and customer correspondence that functions alongside Doodle’s integral offshore DDCs (Design & Development Centers) that retain the best overseas digital technology experts in software development and user experience and interface design.
This model results in Doodle’s ability to seamlessly pair overseas developers and designers with U.S. based consultants and project managers to deliver unparalleled service, support, and value to its customers.
Doodle’s MCC is located in Philadelphia, PA and is the hub that oversees crucial aspects of every project. The MCC is operated by Project Managers who spend about 20 percent of their time planning and organizing projects prior to implementation. 60 percent of their time is spent controlling projects during implementation, and 15 percent is devoted to supporting launched projects. 5 percent of their time is vaulted for their own training and education.
Doodle’s DDCs are positioned throughout Eastern Europe, where arguably the most valued digital technology professionals (software engineers, software solutions architects, and user experience and interface designers) are located. Over the last decade, Doodle has honed in on attracting highly motivated and experienced offshore software engineers and creatives who value the opportunity of helping pioneers bring their visions to life on full-time (dedicated), augmented, and even project-based engagements. Doodle’s vision is to provide these professionals with an atmosphere and opportunity to make their work an integral part of their enjoyable lifestyle.
